1. Rub the lemon wedge around the rim of the highball glass then salt the rim. 2. Fill the glass with ice. 3. Add the tomato juice, hot sauce and top with the light Mexican beer. 4. Drop in the lemon wedge. 5. Serve with a shot of tequila on the side if you like.
The original recipe calls for clamato juice instead of tomato juice. For the beer, use Tecate or Corona beer.
