1. Slice the cucumber until you have 5-6 slices. Persian or Kirby cucumbers are better as they are small in diameter. 2. Fill glass halfway with ice. 3. In cocktail shaker, combine all the ingredients except the Tonic Water with ice and shake vigorously for 1 minute. 4. Pour into the glass, including the cucumber slices. 5. Top with tonic water. 6. Garnish with lime wedge.
We highly recommend using Hendricks Gin as it is infused with cucumber which works perfectly for this recipe. You can also add a slice of Habanero pepper in the shaker to add some spiciness to it. Works very well with the freshness of the cucumber.
